The Festival of Wellbeing is a curated day of reconnection, designed to help you pause and return to yourself. Through gentle movement, holistic sessions, and meaningful conversations, we create a space for you to honour your season and celebrate the BELIEF IN SOMETHING BETTER. Whether you're here for yoga or community, expect a day that nourishes every part of your being. We are also delighted to feature a variety of local wellbeing businesses, giving you a wonderful opportunity to sample the diverse holistic services and products available right here in our community.

What are the festival opening times?

The festival runs from 10:00 to 18:00. Special evening sound healing sessions begin at 17:00 for ticket holders.

Where is the festival located and is there parking?

The event is hosted by us but will take place in the recreation ground around the bandstand and Bishops Barn. Parking all day at Palace Fields for £5

Do I need to book tickets in advance?

Yes, we recommend pre-registering your interest to receive early bird ticket links, as workshops and sessions have limited capacity.

Is the festival site accessible?

Most areas are fully accessible. Please contact us in advance if you have specific mobility requirements so we can assist you.
