I’m Nat, and I’ve been teaching yoga since 2021, though my personal practice spans many years. In my mid-30s, yoga became a vital lifeline while navigating anxiety and CPTSD. I’m not a naturally flexible person or a former athlete; I’m a regular human who found healing through steady, gentle movement.
Disillusioned by the performative side of modern yoga, I created Studio Eight Wells as a grounded, supportive sanctuary.
With a professional background in mental health, addiction, and psychotherapy, I use holistic tools like breathwork and sound healing to support the whole person. Here, you can arrive exactly as you are, knowing you are held in a safe, trauma-aware community.
